Front Post Repair and Guard Kit

Not just a protection it is for a repair & added support of the front post tripling the original post capacity.
Suggested for roll form rack.

Over the past 30 years we have developed a simple bolt on rack repair fixture which your maintenance personnel can install saving you tons of money by eliminating an installation contractor.

Each order is custom made to suite your needs and requirements. Our repair kits are fabricated from new materials structural steel components, front post constructed from 3/16" thick ASTM A 35 HR electric welded steel tubing 3 times the structural capacity of all manufactured roll formed upright frames more then 4 times the impact resistance due to the tubular design. The bull nose portion of the fixture is constructed from ¼ "steel with a base plate from 1/4" steel. Suggested fix for frames that have the base plate anchor sheared off and frame twisted or bent. Simply pull straight as best as possible add our repair reinforcement front post repair & guard kit will bolt to the frame and re-anchor. Standard fixture comes with 1–carriage bolt & nut for through bolting with 1-3"X 3" x 3/8 backing plates included is 4-3/8 bolts & Nuts for side mounting and 1–5/8 x 4" concrete anchor. Second ½ carriage through bolt and plate optional not required.

Option 1: a bull nose for added protection is also offered.

Option 2: For beam connection with in the repair area we also offer a hook over to connect beam to the fixture.
2 Standard sizes. Over all height 24" w/damage at or below 12" Second over all 36" w/damage at 24" or below.

MAGNUNM KIT

Used to protect and reinforce damage rack frames at approximately 6" off the floor usually from standup trucks with outriggers.

Constructed from new structural steel. Front plate 12" tall 1/4" steel, base plate 3/8" steel, bull nose 1/4" steel. Kit comes with all hardware and 1-3/4 concrete anchor.
